To reduce a large number of dust particles brought by personnel access, clean airflow filtered by HEPA filters is jetted onto the human body in all directions through rotating nozzles to remove dust efficiently and rapidly. The contaminated air is filtered by pre-filters and high-efficiency filters, then circulated back to the air shower zone, while preventing external pollutants from entering the clean area. This device is also available for air shower purification of large-sized goods.
