An air shower (also referred to as air bath chamber, air shower room, air shower door, air purging chamber, air shower unit) is a versatile local purification device. It is installed on the partition wall between clean rooms and non-clean rooms, serving to blow off and remove dust from personnel and materials entering the clean area. It effectively reduces dust contaminants entering the clean zone and maintains a normal working environment inside clean spaces.
It is widely used in food and beverage, electronics, pharmaceutical, healthcare and other industries, as well as scientific research fields.

· The outer casing is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate or SUS304 stainless steel plate through cutting, bending and welding by imported CNC machine tools. Multi-step pickling, phosphating and powder coating processes ensure a smooth and aesthetic surface finish.
· The air shower door adopts full transparent glass door with SUS304 stainless steel frame, featuring high structural strength and elegant appearance.
· One-way passage air showering mode: after entering from the non-clean side and closing the door, photoelectric sensors activate automatic air blowing.
· Equipped with electronic interlock system, LCD display, infrared induction automatic air blowing function and imported door closers.
· The interior chamber and base plate are all made of SUS304 stainless steel.
· Fitted with multi-angle adjustable stainless steel nozzles and high-air-volume, low-noise centrifugal fans.
Working Principle：
To reduce massive dust particles brought in by personnel access, clean airflow filtered by HEPA filters is jetted onto the human body in all directions through rotating nozzles for efficient and rapid dust removal. The contaminated air is filtered by pre-filters and high-efficiency filters before circulating back into the air shower zone, meanwhile preventing external pollutants from entering the clean area. This equipment is also applicable for air shower purification of large-sized goods.
