Product Introduction
An air shower (also known as air bath chamber, air shower room, air shower gate, air purging chamber) is a versatile local air purification device. It is installed on the partition wall between clean rooms and non-clean rooms, used for air purging and dust removal when personnel or materials enter the clean area. It effectively reduces dust sources entering the clean zone and maintains the normal operating environment of clean spaces.

It is widely applied in industries such as food & beverage, electronics, pharmaceutical & healthcare, as well as scientific research fields.


Product Features：


·  The outer shell is fabricated from high-quality cold-rolled steel plate or SUS304 stainless steel plate via cutting, bending and welding by imported CNC machine tools. Multiple processes of pickling, phosphating and powder spraying ensure a smooth and aesthetic equipment surface.
·  Full transparent glass doors made of SUS304 stainless steel are adopted, delivering high structural strength with an elegant appearance.
·  One-way passage air showering: when entering from the non-clean area and closing the door, infrared sensor triggers automatic air blowing.
·  Equipped with electronic interlock system, LCD display, infrared automatic air induction and imported door closers.
·  The interior chamber and floor base are entirely made of SUS304 stainless steel plate.
·  Fitted with multi-angle adjustable stainless steel nozzles and high-air-volume, low-noise centrifugal fans.


Working Principle：

To minimize a large number of dust particles brought by personnel access, clean airflow filtered by high-efficiency filters is sprayed onto the human body from all directions through rotating nozzles to remove dust particles efficiently and rapidly. The contaminated airflow is recirculated into the air shower area after being filtered by pre-filters and high-efficiency filters, while preventing external pollutants from entering the clean zone. This equipment can also be used for air purging of large-sized goods.
